I completed my PhD in Plant Biology from the Department of Microbiology and Cell Biology, at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, in Prof. Utpal Nath's Lab, where I worked on the identification and characterisation of protein interactors of Ubiquitin Specific Protease 14 in Arabidopsis thaliana.
As a Research Associate in the Root Microbiology lab, I primarily focus on identifying the plant susceptibility targets of Fusarium oxysporum effectors that contribute to pathogenicity, by deciphering the identification of plant interactors of these effector proteins and implementing protein interaction methods such as IP-MS, Turbo-ID and Y2H.
