Registration fees (with accommodation) - Rs. 5000

Registration fees (without accommodation) - Rs. 3800

Workshop fees – Additional fee for attending workshop (Rs. 1000 each for workshops #1-7; Rs. 1500 each for workshops #8, #9)

Participants can choose any number of workshops of non-overlapping timings. Please see workshops page for timings.

Registration includes conference material, tea, lunch and dinner

The conference has limited seats and participants will be selected on the basis of their abstract/write-up of motivation

 

 

 

Flash Talk Guidelines

  • Format: Presentation (e.g., PowerPoint or similar)

  • Duration: 10 minutes total

    • 7 minutes for the talk

    • 3 minutes for Q&A

  • Topic: Based on the submitted flash talk abstract

In summary, flash talks are 10-minute presentations (7 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for Q&A) on the topic described in the submitted flash talk abstracts.
