Research Interest
I have long been curious about protein interactions and sequence–structure–function relationships. My current work focuses on applying AI/ML approaches to protein design, protein–ligand binding affinity prediction, and structured biological knowledge representation. Outside of research, I enjoy reading fiction, playing video games, and going on long walks.
