1. Support graduate life navigation: The path of discovery, by its nature, requires venturing beyond what is familiar, comfortable, or already understood. In this spirit, graduate life inevitably involves both small and big challenges. We support our students by helping them set realistic expectations and develop strategies to cope with difficult phases. Many of these challenges can be resolved through discussion with those who have walked the path — we foster this through structured mentoring and peer-support networks.

  2. Emotional Well-being: Emotional well-being is essential for every individual. We strive to understand the challenges our students face through regular anonymized feedback and ensure they have access to professional support via counselling services such as YourDOST and Parivartan.

  3. Practical aspects: Career planning and financial stability are important to all of us. We organize workshops and programs that address these needs, such as career counselling sessions and financial literacy workshops, especially tailored for students at advanced stages of their academic journey.

  4. Transition support: To assist students in building strong professional networks, we facilitate interactions with alumni and professionals from both academic and non-academic fields, helping students explore diverse career paths and transitions.

  5. Life-skill development: Succeeding in any career requires a range of life skills—including time management, effective communication, and understanding professional and social ethics. We support our students through targeted workshops and professional training sessions designed to build these essential skills.
