Workshop Registration :

Submit Registration form by December 31, 2007 to bmsw2008@ncbs.res.in along with:

• Registration fees
• Talk/Poster title and abstract if you wish to be considered for a contributory talk or a poster.

Please note that space for talks is limited. Space for posters is more likely to be available.
You will be notified of acceptance of your Talk/Poster by approximately Janaury 7, 2008.
If you apply for workshop after December 31, 2007 and before Janaury 25, 2008 please pay the late registration fees.

Late registraton fee: ( Jan1 - Jan25, 2008)

Your registraton fee covers :

• All offical meals for the two days of the workshop
• pick-up and drop-off to the Bangalore airport
• local transport from Indian Institute of Science to the venue of event
• stationary and supplies
  

Travel funding:
Domestic workshop participants will be funded for travel to a limited extent. Please indicate in the registration form that you would like to be considered and indicate amount needed in the section provided.
Foreign participants must fund their own travel.
Accomodation: We are able to provide limited accommodation for workshop participants (Indian and International) depending on availability. You will automatically be considered for this accommodation.
We will provide a list of hotels for you to choose from on our website, in the event that there is no accomodation available with us. You will need to make your own reservations if staying at a hotel.
All foreigners must obtain a VISA for travel to India. You will need a letter from the organisers in India to apply for a visa.
