Performance Bank Guarantee: You shall have to execute a Performance Bank Guarantee for 5% value of the order through your Indian Office. The Bank Guarantee has to be executed on an appropriate value of stamp paper in terms of Bank Guarantee drawn on any Nationalized/Foreign Bank (First Class Bank) and shall remain valid until the completion of the defect liability period/warranty period. Bank guarantee should be valid for Warranty period from the date of installation with 2 months’ grace period.
