I'm a member of the Simons Centre for the Study of Living Machines at NCBS
and an adjunct faculty of the Center for Models of Life at Niels Bohr Institute
as well as the International Centre for Theoretical Sciences.

I'm a theoretical physicist currently working on a number of topics:

  • Conflict and cooperation in cellular populations
  • Computation using active cellular processes
  • Coarse-graining biological networks
  • Feedback control in cellular regulatory networks
  • Oscillations, synchronization and entrainment
  • Games involving cooperation, bluffing and information exchange
