The National Center for Biological Sciences (NCBS) – Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), InStem, Bangalore, and CCAMP Bangalore, which are national research and innovation centers, are seeking suitable candidates for the role of Coordinator, to administer the campus day care facility (DOLNA).
The childcare facility is situated within the campus, and enables staff and students to avail of on campus childcare. The mandate of Dolna is to ensure that children of employees grow in a safe and intellectually stimulating environment, following the highest standards for childcare.
Job Summary: Dolna is looking for appointment of a Coordinator for its administration. The candidate would be required to manage the creche staff, organize activities, field trips, conduct summer/winter camps, solve issues, manage wait-list, address queries, coordinate with external instructors, manage fees and recovery, and continuously develop the child care center to keep up with growing demands and requirements.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream. Candidates with training in Montessori, diploma in child psychology, training in human resource management will be preferred. The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
Experience: Two (2) to Three (3) years’ experience in Day care/Montessori/Childcare services/Pre-school as Administrator or Coordinator.
Eligibility: Only Female candidates.
Age: Should be more than 25 years.
