JRF position for CEFIPRA funded project `Pre-evoutionary processes in autocatalytic RNA networks'
The National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) - Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) is a premier research centre carrying out frontier research in the biological sciences located in Bangalore.
NCBS is hosting a CEFIPRA grant to study, experimentally and theoretically, how an RNA system could self-sustain from smaller fragments, and be evolved according to the laws of natural selection, in the absence of template-based replication. This is a collaborative effort involving NCBS, Bangalore, and ESPCI, Paris. Applications are invited for a JRF position at NCBS to study theoretically the dynamics of RNA-based autocatalytic sets.
